Columbus, founded almost a century ago, still uses family recipes brought over by its founders from their kitchen in Italy, their cucina. Today, Columbus’ La Cucina is a place where we still host our customers, retailers, employees, family and friends. We break bread, share stories, and always accompany our celebration with our many products.  It’s in La Cucina that we create recipes using our gourmet salame, deli meats, cheeses and condiments.
