For those who want a more natural product, we’ve developed a whole line of Natural Salame.

Our Natural Salame has no artificial ingredients, preservatives or nitrates or nitrites added (other than those which are naturally occurring). We use 100% hand-trimmed pork from hogs that are raised to strict standards – fed 100% vegetarian diets, never ever given antibiotics or growth hormones and raised to the highest standards in reduced-stress environments.

We remain committed to the Columbus tradition, which is why we put in only the best and leave out the rest.
